1. Return Eligibility We accept returns on unused and unopened beauty products within [10] days from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.

2. Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your return, If approved, we will credit your refund to the original payment method in 5-10 business days. Refunds may take 10 business days to appear in your account. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Non-Returnable Items Certain items are non-returnable for health and safety reasons, including opened beauty products, cosmetics, or items marked as final sale.

4. Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the original product and place a new order.

5. Defective or Incorrect Products If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. We will arrange for a return, refund, or replacement at no additional cost to you.

6. Return Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product. If you are returning a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
